VC SPORTS TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to VC Sports. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from VC Sports (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. General Information


VC Sports provides custom sports apparel, uniforms, jerseys, fan wear, and related sporting goods and services.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


2. Orders & Payment


  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
  • Payment is required before production begins.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • VC Sports reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.


3. Custom Apparel Policy


  • Customers are responsible for verifying names, numbers, colors, sizes, and artwork before approving production.
  • Mockups are digital representations and final printed colors may vary slightly from screen displays.
  • VC Sports is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect sizing selections, or customer-approved artwork mistakes. Custom apparel policies commonly place responsibility on approved sizing and artwork details.  


4. Production & Shipping


  • Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of VC Sports’ control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


5. Returns & Refunds


Custom Products


Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel:


  • Custom jerseys
  • Team uniforms
  • Personalized shirts
  • Custom fan gear


are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or produced incorrectly by VC Sports.


Non-Custom Products


Unused non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.


Refund approval is at VC Sports’ discretion.


6. Defective Items


If you receive a defective item, contact VC Sports within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.


Approved claims may receive:


  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund


7. Intellectual Property


Customers confirm they have permission to use logos, artwork, trademarks, player names, or images submitted for customization.


VC Sports is not liable for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-submitted designs.


VC Sports reserves the right to refuse designs deemed offensive, unlawful, or infringing on third-party rights.  


8. Limitation of Liability


VC Sports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.


Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.


9. Pricing & Availability


Prices are subject to change without notice.


Product availability may change at any time.


10. Privacy


Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide support, and improve services.


We do not sell customer information.


11. Changes to Terms


VC Sports reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.


Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
