VC Sports Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing VC Sports. We take pride in creating quality custom sports apparel and products. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Orders

All custom items, including but not limited to:


  • Custom jerseys
  • Team uniforms
  • Sublimated apparel
  • Custom names and numbers
  • Personalized products
  • Team orders
  • Special event apparel


are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error during production.  

 

Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:


  • Names
  • Numbers
  • Sizes
  • Colors
  • Spelling
  • Artwork/design approvals


VC Sports is not responsible for customer-approved errors after production begins.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders


If you receive an item that is:


  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to a VC Sports production error


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Email or message us with:


  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos of the item


If approved, VC Sports may offer:


  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if replacement cannot be completed)


Sizing Policy

VC Sports is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by customers. Because custom apparel is made specifically for you, size changes or exchanges cannot be guaranteed.


Color Variations


Actual garment colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen displays, and printing processes. Minor color differences are not considered defects.  


Production Cancellation Policy


Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


Shipping Issues

VC Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
